If you think your target audience isn’t on Facebook, you might be surprised to learn the fastest growing demographic is the 25 and older group. Everyone, it seems, is getting on Facebook.

There are a multitude of possible ways you can use Facebook to help grow your business, from using  profile information to specifically target individuals and groups, to using it as a glorified networking tool to establish and maintain relationships.

This is a great guide that goes really deep into how twitter works and how it can be used. If you only read one introduction to twitter let it be this. Its fantastic. Be warned though this is a very extensive article. Don’t feel bad if you skip over some of it. Works great as a reference for when you want to find out more cool things about twitter.

This is a great guide for using twitter as a business. It starts off slow and explains absolutely everything about using twitter out of the box. A great introduction to all the stock twitter uses but doesent go deep into how to use outside applications.

A Slideshow for Twitter

This goes deep into the statistics of who uses twitter and presents quick ideas of innovative ways to use twitter. It does not take long to go through and has many fantastic ideas. Definitely worth five minutes of your time.
