Is there a setup fee or build cost?
Nope. Just a single monthly payment covers absolutely everything you need, with no hidden extra costs. It hurts our cashflow, but it gives small businesses a fair go. We’re quite different to other web design firms =)
So you guys actually call me each month?
Yeah! For plans with “monthly consultation”, a real person will phone or email you each month to let you know how your website has been performing, including ideas and strategies to help grow your business in the next month.
What if I want extra, extra support?
No worries. We can cater to any design requirements and provide more extensive on-call support or online marketing.
Can I get a .com.au domain too?
Sure, though it’s a one-time cost of $50 and lasts 2 years (no markup on that, they’re just annoyingly expensive).
Can I change text and images?
Yep, each of our websites have easy admin backends where you can add or remove content for each page. If you’re on either the Plus or Ecommerce plans we can make any minor content changes for you.
What’s with the 30-days risk free?
All our plans come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your website or service, you may cancel within 30 days for a full refund.
